I’ve tried for ages to activate my discovery plus but all I ever get is we are having technical issues. I’ve tried different days and times, I had the same problem on my last contract too … it’s never worked in years of me trying.
How do I get around this?

When I used the link on the thread above to activate my Discovery+ it says there is nothing to activate. When I log into my ee account there is an option there to activate the Discovery+ but every time I select it, the next screen to load is 'my plans'.
I want to be able to activate Discovery+ in order to watch my TNT Sport channels on my devices.
Please advise what is going wrong and how I can solve this issue.

Do you have TNT Sports as part of your EE mobile package or through an EETV package?
The link solutioned in the post is for EE Mobile, if it is EETV it does need to be activated via your online account. If it is EETV, if you login select Plans and Subscriptions and under Your Plans click Manage TV and Sport it will take you to Manage Add-ons where Discovery+ would show with an activate button.
That should then bring up a little pop up window with another activate button which will take you to the Discovery+ website to complete setup.
Does accessing the activation button this way work for you?

Dear EE Community Support Team,
I have been prompted to activate my Discovery + subscription, which I receive with my broadband. However, despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to activate it.
I have tried various methods, including:
Each time, I am redirected to activation pages for Cyber Security Duo or Dark Web Monitoring—neither of which are relevant to Discovery +.
Please kindly respond to this as soon as possible with a solution.

Welcome to the community.
When you are in the EE app and go to the Manage section, followed by TV and Sport, do you see an option to activate discovery+ there?
If not, do you have an EE TV package?

Same issue, the app is awful and never works. Can’t view my bill on there either. Been in an endless loop trying to activate discovery+, doesn’t work on TV either. Rung EE a number of times, it quite simply does not work.
