Deactivating Apple Music add-on?

For some reason I can’t deactivate the Apple Music add-on using my EE app. Does anyone have any thoughts?

@RodneyMarsh   Is this a smart benefit?  Or something else ?      Have you tried stopping the subscription via your Apple account ?

Thanks @Chris_B , it is an add-on attached to my account. I can’t see it in my apple account but it is coming out of my EE bill each month.

Can you try texting STOP MUSIC to 150, does this work for you?
