Deactivated Nhs ee perks account

My Nhs ee perks account has been deactivated as I’m out of time time frame. I’ve spoken to customer services twice and been to the shop. Shop says speak to customer services , customer services have actually they don’t know what I’m talking about 🤯

I have also had the same issues - I can't register as my email is already registered but can't log-in as my account has been deactivated. 

I have spoken with an EE person on the 'phone just now who know nothing and couldn't resolve this.

It is appalling as NHS workers we are having to spend bloody precious time trying to get this discount. Why does  EE even bother
