Hello,
I have just ordered my upgrade, and I have an all rounder plan which includes one inclusive extra. When I tried to add data roaming to the plan, it was chargeable and didn’t give me the option of adding it for free. Do I need to call 150 or is there a way of sorting it myself?

@eperry When you get this you should be able to select the smart benefit via your online account/my EE app

Do i need to wait until my EE account updates with the new phone upgrade? I couldnt add it at checkout, or if i could, it wanted to charge me

Thanks for coming here.
Once the plan is changed in your My EE, you can select the Roam Abroad Pass your inclusive extra 🙂

I am yet to receive a dispatch e-mail and my EE still hasn’t updated. Is there a known delay with deliveries at the moment that you are aware of?
