I have reason to believe I've been paying £1.00 for Scam Guard ,now emailing to say it will be going up in August.

I hadn't realised this was in my plan   ,so if this could be removed altogether please.

Thankyou

Hi @Bev501

Thanks for coming to the community.

To cancel Scam Guard, log into your EE app or EE account online then go to your mobile add-ons page and select Scam Guard, you should have the option to remove this add-on. This would take effect on your next bill date.

You can also cancel at any time by calling us on 150 or by texting STOP SCAMGUARD to 150.

For information and benefits of Scam Guard see our Scam Guard page.
