Contact ee perks?

I need to be able to speak to someone about my code history as there has been an issue in applying a code and I can no longer see previous years history.

Hi Christopher,

I’m having trouble with my EE perks account.

I’ve spoken to someone at EE on the phone and they have said my account has disconnected as it timed out.  They did say they would contact someone from EE perks to sort this for me but this has not happened.   How do I refresh my account so I can start getting my EE perks discount again?

Hi, 

I am having difficulty accessing perks, my account is deactivated but when I try to register again it states my account already exists 

how do I get around this? I tried to make an account with my badge instead of work email but still no luck

I phoned EE direct and asked them to completely delete my account 

I will try do that tomorrow, just contact 150?

Hi could you help me please. I can’t reset my password for ee perks as the email isn’t going through I tried to reset it with my nhs email got the reset email straight away but couldn’t do it as you need to reset my personal. And can’t contact anyone?
