I need to be able to speak to someone about my code history as there has been an issue in applying a code and I can no longer see previous years history.

Hi,

I have tried to log into my EE perks account to obtain the NHS discount, however it states my account has been deactivated. I tried to reset my password and it is still saying the same thing. Are you able to deactivate my account please?
