Claiming free esr buds after s23 upgrade

There are lots of conflicting posts, some say I need to claim via Samsung but some say they will be automatically sent out.   Any actually know how to claim? I can't see anything on my paperwork.  TIA

You've no need to make any claim. Had you looked under the Features section from where you ordered it you will find:

Your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro Graphite will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.

I ordered in store and they said they wasn't sure, but they thought I'd need to claim via the Samsung website and would need to show my proof of purchase.  I'll be really surprised if these just show up via the post! Thank for your reply though!

Well, that's how they come when you order online. When you talk to a store you are never given the complete picture.
