There are lots of conflicting posts, some say I need to claim via Samsung but some say they will be automatically sent out. Any actually know how to claim? I can't see anything on my paperwork. TIA

I ordered in store and they said they wasn't sure, but they thought I'd need to claim via the Samsung website and would need to show my proof of purchase. I'll be really surprised if these just show up via the post! Thank for your reply though!
