I would like to know why until today you do not receive even an email to continue my claim

If you have started an insurance claim with EE, then you will need to call 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other phone for updates on your claim.

If you have not yet started a claim, then you can do so by visiting https://ee.uk.chubbinsured.com/ or again by calling the number above.
