Claim for my free Galaxy watch

Hi

Could you please instruct me to claim my free galaxy watch that's been offered to receive with Samsung S23 Ultra

Almost 30 days .. nothing in the post yet!

As @Leanne_T said, it will take up to 30 days for it to be sent - so once 30 days have passed (27th), if you still haven't received any confirmation or email/text from DPD, get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any phone.

Done all the above & spoke to various departments .. but no communications or any solution yet ..  what is your advice on the next step? Do you (maybe) need to escalate further & higher up?!
