Hi, I have added the TNT Sports option to my account but cannot activate, I successfully receive and then input a pin but after that it repeatedly states ‘We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later’, however this has been happening for a number of days.

Hi, just signed up the tnt sports add on but am having difficulty setting this up to watch it, I've downloaded the app, and also the discovery app, signed up, but still nothing...what do I do?

Is it through your Broadband and TV plan or your mobile plan that you have TNT Sports? What is happening when you try and activate it?

Hi,
I’ve had this problem for 1+ years now.
basically my subscription was working fine on BTsport.
during the time I was using BT sport my number with EE changed, therefore I’ve had problems transitioning since then.
When I go into ee.co.uk/TNTSports from either PC or Mobile, it says there’s nothing to activate.
I’ve tried creating a discovery+ account with my EE email and re-setting the password as suggested.
I’ve wasted more than 8 hours on calls with agents from EE and customers service ( chat ) of Discovery+ and I keep being pushed around between teams.
EE even suggested changing the TNT Sports+ benefit for another one for a couple of months, and even after that I have the same problems.
I’ve tried the registration trough BT as the account was linked before July 2023 but you can see the result in the screenshot.
So I need someone from EE to get in touch with BT cause they keep saying you need to sort it out for me.
can someone come EE help me out?

I am sorry to hear you have been unable to get your TNT Sports working. I am afraid we have no account access through these forums to help directly and with the issue you are having and what you have tried so far, this will require access to your account.
We do have a specific TNT Sports admin team who would be best placed to continue to investigate your issue. I am not sure if you have been in contact with them previously. A guide on 150 would send a form with your details to them after running the normal diagnostic, and then they would contact you within 24 hours usually.

If your problem is the same as mine, you will be using an iPhone.
To resolve my issue I had to go to settings, apps, safari, and turn off hide I.p.
After that you should be able to verify with the pin provided.

Do you have TNT Sports as part of a mobile or home broadband account? Does TNT Sports show as active in your EE account?
What device are you using to get set up?
