ai have spent over 3 hours on the phone to EE this week trying to activate my tnt inclusive extra on the discovery plus app but it doesn’t recognise the details. I have also messaged EE and tnt sports with no response. I have missed all the football this week which is why I have pay so much for a SIM only deal and I thinking of leaving EE as I am getting ripped off. Does anyone have a solution to this or had a similar problem with their email address and pin login? Any help or info would be great.

Welcome to the community.
I saw someone in the community recently who logged into the discovery+ app with their My EE login details. Not sure it'll help, but it could be worth a go.
