Cancelling add on

Hi I added an unlimited data add on to my account but i can't seem to find where I cam cancel it. Can anyone help?

For a contract's recurring UK/EU data add-on, text STOP UNLIMITED ADD-ON to 150 .

Hi @clare0622.

Welcome to the community.

You should be able to remove this by selecting Plans & subscriptions then 'see all add-ons' under the Add-on section.

If there is no option to remove this please give us a call on 150.

I have tried to cancel add on as you advise but it doesn’t work. The app allows you to buy anything you want, but sadly designed to make it impossible to cancel anything if you change your mind. Not good Mr EE

The add on is unlimited data. I don’t need this anymore and despite EE telling me I can cancel with SMS or on the App, i cannot and continue to be charged for services I have actually cancelled in my view.

If you're not able to cancel this on the app or over text then you'll need to give our team a call, and they'll be able to take a look into getting this take off your plan.
