Cancel Apple tv free trial

Hello,
I'd like to cancel my Apple tv free trial. EE's app and website is down. How can I do this and ensure I am not charged? Thanks

Welcome to the community. 

I have had a quick look and the app and website seem to be working fine, you should be able to sign into your account now. 

You can also manage your subscription for your Free Apple TV for 3 Months via your iPhone by going to settings > your name/Apple ID > iTunes & App store > Apple ID > view Apple ID > Subscriptions.
