Can I claim the £300 gift card and the samsung ear buds?

Hi, I've just got the s22+ deal on 31st Oct. It stated there was 2 free gifts available - the £300 prepaid gift card and Samsung ear buds. Can I claim both?

I still haven't received my ear buds or my 300 prepaid card .I did get a txt about the card but it was just info and samsung has not updated my claim for the buds . Im gonna give it another few days then return the phone and cancel the contract .It was 50/50 wether I stayed with EE or move and this deal was the deciding factor. Its been well over the 15 days .sound good all this free stuff but they don't like to give it out

Please allow 15-30 days after receiving your phone to receive your redemption text for your prepaid card.

This offer was for a digital gift card and was only available with selected phones and plans.

If you were eligible, you should have received a text with details on how to redeem the card within 30 days of purchase.
