Call from EE using this number 01438989230 saying about offers

I got this call fro  "EE" they pronounced my name wrong seem to know I have been with ee for a few years and they were saying I can get offers (that are running out soon) it sound more to me like a scam call centre when I have spoken to ee I only hear them and not others

The number that called is 01438989230 I am not sure if it is real so I'm asking on here if anyone knows if this is right

This is incorrect and false information. 

StepChange are based in Leeds and will call from either a withheld number or an 0113 phone number. 

StepChange are not a direct partner to EE. They are a debt charity and do not phone to offer discounts on your phone bill. 

@GemLauren : Yes & no! Yes, indeed "StepChange" is a debt charity but "Step Change" is also a direct partner of EE's as @Christopher_G confirmed above & a web search for this no. will reveal. These cos. need to sort out their names!
