Hi,
I have been with EE for years and always had 20% BLC card duscount. Ive been due an upgrade since February but when I tried to do it today its saying the code is not valid? Any ideas? I want to get a new phone sorted for my hol but doesn’t seem right not to get the offer when its still showing available online? Thank you

Did you generate the code through the EE Perk Portal?

Hi, thank you. No it was from my BLC app, never used the perks portal before. Set it up last night, just waiting for my ID to be authorised. Should the code from there work? Going away at end of month so would like it set up by then.

Hi @BecP77,
Was the plan you were trying to order already discounted? The Perk discount is only applicable to full price plans.

The perk code worked, had trouble with the website when processing order (took forever and frozen screen ) so had to go to the shop to complete it which wasnt ideal but sorted now. Thanks
