I have scanned my BlueLight Card twice and you still say you can’t read it how do I add the discount to my account

I have Blue Light card due to me been ex Royal Navy, this is why I uploaded four images of the card. My company is associated with Vodaphone but I chose to renew my three mobile with EE, can you help, many thanks.

The Blue Light Card discount is separate to the EE Corporate Perk scheme.
