@Frankorourke  Are you upgrading or taking out a new contract?    You can not add a discount to a current contract.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Frankorourke

Welcome to the community.

Are you signing up through the EE Perk Portal using your company email address? If so, you shouldn't have to upload anything.

If you're using a personal account, we would need a clear copy of your work photo ID.

I understand, thanks @Frankorourke

How are you trying to take out the contract? Through the Blue Light Discount website, or through EE?

If you're taking the contract out with us directly, you have to register on the Perk Portal. A scan of your Blue Light Discount code won't be accepted as proof though, it has to be a scan/photo of your work photo ID. This is only needed when you aren't using your work email address.

I renewed my contract for three phone on on Saturday in the EE shop, I was advised to scan my blue light card and uploaded to EE perks which I have now done three times, this is getting a little tedious now, if this is not resolved I will have no option but to return the new phone directly to the ER shop and go elsewhere, many thanks.

@Frankorourke : Discount codes may only be applied at PoS when buying a new contract or upgrading, not mid-term.
