I'm a Blue Light member and none of the discount codes I receive are being accepted by the EE website. I've copied the voucher code from my Blue Light vault and entered it into the relevant section when checking out on the EE store, but I keep on getting an invalid code error.
Help?!

Hi @Zonkk_Za.
Does this error with logging in only occur when clicking the link from Blue Light?
If yes, are you able to try logging in to the EE Store first and then copying the discount code once you are already logged in?

Hi @Zonkk_Za
Welcome to the community.
Are you trying to add the discount code to an upgrade order or is it a brand new connection? A lot of the time, the Blue Light discount can only be used on brand new contracts.
Can you send me over a screenshot of the offer details? Please make sure the discount code itself isn't showing.

Hi Michael
I just want the sim-free phone. No upgrade, no new connection.
I'll try to attached a screenshot of the offer from the Blue Light website for your reference.
I've also tried to just click on the "Copy discount code" which then opens up a new browser window, but then when I type in my password to login, a load of extra characters get automatically added to my password and therefore my login is rejected. It doesn't matter what browser I use (I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge) on my desktop PC or even on my current Pixel Phone (using Chrome and Duck Duck Go) - the same problem occurs.
Hopefully you can shed some light on this.

Hi Katie.
I've tried to just click on the "Copy discount code" from the Blue Light website and / or app which then opens up a new browser window, but then when I type in my password to login at checkout, a load of extra characters get automatically added to my password and therefore my login is rejected. It doesn't matter what browser I use (I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge) on my desktop PC or even on my current Pixel Phone (using Chrome and Duck Duck Go) - the same problem occurs.
No matter how often I try, as soon as I hit "Enter" on the keyboard or "Next" on the website after typing in my password, extra characters suddenly appear after what I've just typed in for my password. This only happens after clicking on the link on the Blue Light website or their mobile app.
I'm stumped.

Hi all
I followed your advice and reregistered with a different email address at https://store.ee.co.uk/
I manually copied the code from my Blue Light app on my phone into the appropriate section on the Secure Checkout page and it finally worked!! Success! Thank you for your help 🙂
Having 2 different websites for the EE online store is definitely confusing.
Just one question - why are the same products £100 cheaper on the https://ee.co.uk/ store than the https://store.ee.co.uk/?
I've attached a couple of screenshots for your reference.

Hey again @Zonkk_Za, I'm really glad to hear that you managed to get this sorted out with your Blue Light discount!
When it comes to the EE Store compared to when you log into your account for contracts, these have separate stock and sometimes run unique offers, so occasionally prices and deals can differ slightly.
