Beats headphones

Hi, I ordered my Apple Watch SE and chose the deal with the beats headphones.Recieved my watch but DPD attempted delivery with the beats and because I wasn’t in sent them back to EE. How can I get them sent back out please? as this was part of my deal.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience, I also experienced a similar event at the start of the week. 
when dpd sent my item back they held it at that depot for a max of 1 week before returning, did they leave a card with details for you to contact and rearrange?

if you go onto your ee app and navigate through help menu, I choose technical support where the agent was able to help me by requesting for next day delivery. Unfortunately He explained that 4pm is the cut off for next day so you may find difficulty if you need for Christmas. 

i hope I’m wrong but I’d be surprised if you can resolve this for Christmas, it wouldn’t hurt to ask for a pick-up in store if any of your local stores stock the item.
