Hi I have BT sport as a add on with my EE contract but a locked symbol appeared on my screen when I tried to watch a live game last night ? Don’t understand, any ideas ?

I can usually watch it on my phone and tablet but it wouldn’t let me watch any live action only the highlights after the game

Have you tried logging out and then back into the app?

Yes it’s still the same I’ve logged out and then it says I don’t have an account even though it’s my EE add on ?

Is this still showing as an add-on in your My EE app?

Did you log back in with the same BT ID you originally registered with?
