BT sport not working

And yet again the BT sport app is not working when I am trying to watch a live Premier league game. I am sick and tired of this happening!!!!!

It looks like that error code is usually fixed by logging out and back in again. I'm sure you've probably already tried that though.

The only suggestion I have is to continue speaking with our technical support team so they can try to get to the bottom of it.

Hi, yes I have tried that many times and unfortunately it doesn't rectify the issue. I will contact the support team on Monday.

Trying to watch Man City v Liverpool. I am met with error code VC104. BT website doesn't recognise this?

And yet again, trying to watch the Man City Champions League game and it won't work. The Benfica v Inter Milan game is streaming fine. This always happens on BT sport when I am trying to watch English teams....
