BT sport big screen error VC562

I have BT Sport Big Screen and am unable to watch it for more than 2-3 mins without it buffering and closing with the VC526 error message constantly which refers to internet connection. Internet connection is between 250-280Mbps when I do speed test. I’ve even tried connecting Ethernet cable between router and tv to improve connection and no difference. I don’t have any issues when streaming from Netflix/Amazon/Disney+, anyone else experiencing the same or ideas on a solution please?

Leanne but my BT Sport is fine through my phone and also through my laptop and PC so long as neither is connected to my TV. I have a 50Mb download, which I have tested, and many other streaming services which don't have a problem with high definition streaming. It's only when I plug my TV into my laptop that the issue happens.

I have this issue whenever I try to watch the ufc event replays. Constant buffering, sound and picture dropping out, freezing and then the app crashes however any other show or replay or live event on the bt sport app will work fine with no issues. I try it in both standard and enhanced casting but makes no difference. So frustrating.

You’ll just get told it’s your internet and to call 150 and nothing will get resolved mate 😴
