BT Sport urgent

I'm trying to watch the match today after getting the Season BTSport offer through EE. I'm seeing error message NCE-001 as I have done everything I can on my BT I'd and it's told me to contact EE support. Any advice before I missthe match completely

They had to yet BT involved. BT then texted and I finally got in
