BT SPORT PS4

Hi my BTSPORT app on my PS4 won't open. It just freezes on the opening screen then says can't connect. I have re-installed and re-started. App works on mobile on same network. Any ideas?

@dpm77   Are you playing for large screen access?   Is your BT subscription a smart benefit?

Hi @Chris_B yes pay separately as an add on to plan for large screen access - it's been fine for last few months - this only seems to have started happening over last few days

Thanks @Leanne_T - I did and they raised a ticket to say someone would get back to me - unfortunately they have just issued me with a new registration which might not be ready for 24 hours - this has kicked me out of the mobile app now so don't have anyway to watch the game tonight...
