Hey all,
I recently decided to upgrade and take advantage of the deal before Black Friday which offered a £300 cash card for upgrading to the Oppo find x5 Pro.
I was informed by the salesman this would be emailed to me in digital form. Within 3 days of purchase. It has been a week now and still nothing.
How long did people have to wait before receiving the email?

You will receive a text within 15-30 days with a link to claim, the text message will be sent to the lead number on the account.

This was definitely not the solution, this was a misclick.
It was now been well over 30 days and no sign of a text message to the lead account number to claim.
This is literally the only reason I upgraded and I'm thoroughly disappointed. I understand its been Christmas and new year but surely that is what the extra 15 days on "15 to 30 days" is for?
How do I go about actually getting my cash card.
