AppleOne activation?

I have just upgraded to a Full Works plan and as per this link, https://ee.co.uk/why-ee/iphone-full-works-plan, I should get "AppleOne" (Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and iCloud+ with 50GB of online storage)  and a " Roam Abroad Pass" included.

If check the "Inclusive Extras" then I have the option to add "Apple Music" and a "Roam Abroad Pass", but I don't see anything for "AppleOne".

I can't see how to activate AppleOne, any suggestions on what I need to do?

If you text PICK to 150 does this allow you to select Apple One?

No, I just get the choices of ROAM, NETFLIX, APPLE MUSIC or SPORT

I exactly have the same issue. I'm also part of Full Works plan.
Strangely, I cant see anything that mentions Apple One.

Do you have Apple One showing in your My EE add-ons?

I called 150 and found I was on the "standard" Full Works plan and not the iPhone version. I have been switched to the correct plan now and just waiting for the text to confirm the change
