I have been sent a text message from EE with a link to register for the 6 months free trial of Apple TV+. Selecting the link on my iPhone takes me to safari and then redirects to AppleTV. It shows a 'Cannot Connect' error. How do I get it to work?
I found the answer, which others may find useful (as EE didn’t provide instructions). In TV+ on the phone, go into profile then into Manage Subscriptions. You should see an EE invite which needs to be accepted.
It makes no difference. I have also gone onto my account and it seems that Apple TV+ was not added as an add-on. I have now sent a text to 150 with 'TV PLUS' and had a reply telling me when it will run out, but no instructions or link to access it.
