Had 3 smart benefits removed by EE then get a text message that I can now access Apple One.

Is this a new thing from EE for the rest of my iPhone contract?

Your playlists are saved to your Apple ID, so you shouldn't lose them when you change over.

But I have Apple Music family… which I will lose? What about my 2T iCloud storage?

You would have to cancel your Apple Music Family subscription before changing to an inclusive extra with EE, @Pearcey777 

The Apple Music and Apple One subscriptions with EE are the individual plans.

Do you pay Apple separately for your storage?
