Hi, so I got my new iPhone from apple today and have set it up with my ee sim only contract. An inclusive extra was Apple Music.
I previously had a subscription for Apple Music which i cancelled yesterday prior to purchasing the new phone and sim only deal. I haven’t been sent a code or anything for my included Apple Music subscription and when i open the music app it still only says that i cancelled my subscription but can still continue listening until the end of the month.
How do i go about getting this inclusive extra please?

Do you have Apple Music showing as your inclusive extra in the EE app?
Have received a text to activate Apple Music?

Hi, thanks for replying. Ive just spoken to a realty helpful guy called Jonathan at EE and he checked loads and it is showing as an inclusive extra and apparently, because i had a previous subscription which i cancelled yesterday and expires on 4th January, i need to wait for that to expire the text MUSIC to 150 and I’ll apparently be sent a link to get it resubscribed via EE. Fingers crossed!
