Hi,

Another person with 6months free Apple Music subscription problem. I received today SMS from EE I can use my subscription via app but there I have alert no prescription from EE. I finished recently other free trial what other reason should I’m looking for?

Ensure you've actually got the Apple Music free trial, and not the 6 months inclusive data add-on shown in my image. This add-on only covers (zero-rates) your data usage for the Apple Music app but doesn't pay for the subscription for you.

If you have already used the free trial for Apple Music, it cannot be used again.
