I have a monthly sim only contract with Apple Music add-on which I pay an additional £10.99. I recently added the Apple AirPods Pro 3 to my account for £20 a month which includes apple music for 24 months. I'm assuming I could get the £10.99 discounted on my bill???

Hi @Mike1871.
Thanks for coming to the community.
It wouldn't automatically discount the Apple Music subscription if you are currently on the chargeable option.
You'd need to cancel the chargeable one by texting STOP MUSIC to 150 or in the EE app first of all and when that ends follow the steps to set up the inclusive option that you got with the AirPods Pro 3. There would normally have been a text sent when you took them out with instructions for Apple Music set up.
If you haven't received a text or no longer have it, give our customer service guides a call and they can help you to get the free subscription working.
