Apple Music offer

Morning,

 

I have an issue where I can't access the Apple Music offer, the link I was sent just opens Apple Music app and doesn't add the 6 months. when I check my subscriptions it says that I am still on my individual plan. (expires on the 12th). I have spoken to your care team who tried a few things and check to make sure everything is good your end and it is. But it didn't resolve the issue, they suggested I call Apple to see if they could help, all they suggested was to try and remove the offer and reapply? 

 

can anyone shed further light in getting music uo and running?

yes I have an individual subscription that ends in the 12th of this month.

Ok, so update on this, My subscription ran out yesterday (12th) but today Apple Music was working as if it hadn't. When I go check my subscription details it says it has expired, no details of EE Apple Music offer?? 

 

the link I have just opens the music app like before and nothing else? its a strange one so far.

yes it says its active on My EE app.

Hi @BobbyMc82,

It sounds like your Apple Music with EE is all set up. There may just be a slight delay in your subscription reflecting in the Apple Music app.
