Apple Music not working as inclusive add on

My Apple Music has suddenly stopped working, I haven’t changed any settings at all.

When I go to re add it as an ‘inclusive add on’ with my plan the Apple Music button doesn’t show up. It just lists

- Netflix

-Bt sport

-Xbox game pass

- Microsoft 365

But not Apple Music which I’ve used on it since August 2022 and still have 3 months left on my sim only deal.

I’ve called EE support already a few days ago, and they said there was an issue with it, just keep checking every day to see if it goes back.

Not really good enough, as I’m paying for something that I’m not getting any use out of.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks. Will give that a try

I’ve called them up today and basically said that sitting and waiting for them to fix it isn’t a solution that works for me.

They credited my account with £11 so I could buy Apple Music for the month until they fix the problem, so that I can then add it back as an inclusive extra when they fix it properly.

I would recommend anyone with the same issue to do the same thing. Hope that helps.

So I'm on the everything bundle and got a text about now having access to Apple One, whereas before I had just Apple Music as an inclusive extra. When I go to activate it via the link I got from EE in the text - I just get prompted to pay £22.99 with a 1-month trial; I decided to leave it as I assumed there were teething issues or something. Just went to listen to something on Apple Music only to discover that my subscription is no longer active.

Not best pleased to be honest - feel like issues such as how this interacts with existing active benefits should have been better communicated rather than just getting a one line text saying this is now something you get...

Hi I have the same problem and I'm pretty annoyed that I am paying for an extra that I am not receiving. I don't have an I Phone but it was working fine on my Android device until I received the above texts.  I rang EE and raised a complaint. Initially they thought it was an android issue but I left it with them.  Then about 5 minutes later I received a text saying the complaint had been closed. When I rang them again they said it was an Apple issue affecting all phones and they didn't know when it would be sorted and to just keep checking. I'm not going to go down the credit / subscribe route because it will be a hassle to cancel so hopefully I can get a credit when it's fixed.  To be fair the people I spoke to were trying to help but couldn't really do much. Really boring car rides at the mo...

Does anyone have an update on this. Still can't access Apple.

Phil any news as to what's going on with this.  I still have no Apple.
