My Apple Music has suddenly stopped working, I haven’t changed any settings at all.
When I go to re add it as an ‘inclusive add on’ with my plan the Apple Music button doesn’t show up. It just lists
- Netflix
-Bt sport
-Xbox game pass
- Microsoft 365
But not Apple Music which I’ve used on it since August 2022 and still have 3 months left on my sim only deal.
I’ve called EE support already a few days ago, and they said there was an issue with it, just keep checking every day to see if it goes back.
Not really good enough, as I’m paying for something that I’m not getting any use out of.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Phil4
Welcome to the community.
Am I correct in saying that it was your inclusive extra? If so, was it de-selected without you doing anything?

Hi,
yeah, exactly that, It has been deselected without me doing anything.
And it now won’t let me reselect it because Apple Music now doesn’t appear in the list of inclusive extras

Have you tried on both the My EE app and the My EE desktop site, @Phil4?

Yeah, tried on the EE app and on the desktop site. Still doesn’t have the option to select Apple Music

Did this get sorted for you? I have this same issue since last week. EE hasn’t been able to fix for me so far and have just been told to wait..

Not fixed yet, I’m waiting for someone from EE to call me, they said they would call in a couple of days.

I’m also having the same problem. Apple Music just stopped working… signed into EE account and it doesn’t now appear as an inclusive extra… which I pay for.
any update on this?
thanks

I called 150 and they applied the 6 months free Apple Music deal onto my account until the issue is fixed. It’s a widespread issue apparently
