Apple Music Inclusive Extra

I’ve recently got a new sim plan with an apple music inclusive extra that doesn’t seem to be working. I clicked the activation link in the text but it only takes me to the apple music app where nothing else seems to happen. When I text MUSIC to 150 it says I already have Apple Music as a smart benefit and that it ended today despite receiving it today. On the apple music app it says my mobile plan does not include any new subscriptions to Apple services. To clarify, I did not have an Apple music subscription before this. Is there any way this issue can be solved? Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, I don’t see anything to do with apple music on the app.
