Airtime mobile rewards

I've recently set up my Airtime mobile rewards account but each time i try to add a card to the account is get an error message.  I'm trying to add the cards through the app is there another way or a workable option for adding cards?

Welcome to the community.

Are you trying to add your cards in the Airtime Rewards app, or are you clicking on the link in the EE app?

If you are in the Airtime Rewards app and see an error when adding cards, there is a Help option in the More section of the app.
