Hi, I am going to the add ons page and it says I am forbidden to use this area. I have been using this for over 2 years with no problems. Can anyone help?

I have 4 active add ons and I want to remove 2 of them, which is more data a month, I try remove it online and it says “this request can’t be done right now” I need this removing asap please
