Add-on not recognised by HBO Now app

I previously watched TNT Sports without a problem on the old Discovery app.

I’ve downloaded the HBO app and logged in using the same details.

Only way I can watch TNT is by purchasing a package on there but I already have the add-on.

I’ve read through various threads and of course have had no luck speaking to a human being.

Can anyone help in time for me to watch the Champions League tonight?

Are you able to activate your TNT Sports add-on via ee.co.uk/tntsports? If it does allow you  then you should be able to follow the instructions there to get set back up on your HBOMax account.

If not please get in touch with our technical team as they will need to take a look into your account to help get it sorted.
