Hi There, 

So I Have A Mobile Contract I'm Around 6 Months In, My App & The Website Says "You Can Add An Accessory To Your Plan, However When I Tap/Click An Item It Doesn't Offer Me To Add It To My Plan. literally Nothing Comes Up Other Than Buy It Now.

i've Tried The App & The Website To No Avail.

it Does Say I Can Add An Accessory But There's Just No Way To Actually Add It.

Has Anyone Else Run Into This Issue? 

P.S i Have Tried The "Add To Plan" Section Too But It's The Same Thing, Only Offers To Buy It Now.

to Be Honest I Was Meant To Add An Accessory A Couple Of Months Into My Contract But Ran Into The Same Issue & Assumed It Was Just A Bug On The "My EE" App.

But The Issue Still Persists, And It Still Says "You Can Add An Accessory To Your Account" But It's Just Not Possible On The App/Website

@Lil_Fenny   You do have a credit limit on your account so just perhaps you’re going over that limit.  You don’t say what you’re trying to add or the cost per month of that item so try adding something small to see if you can get to the checkout obviously don’t purchase that item. That way you’ll know for sure.

So Yea It Says "You Can Add An Accessory To Your Plan" At The Top When Logging Into MY EE,

And When I Click/Tap Any Item It Says "You Can Add This To Your Plan" But Theres No Option To Actually Add It , Just Shows The Buy It Now Option

On Both Cheaper & More Expensive Items.

Seems Like A Bug But Ive Tried On A Few Different Devices & Browsers..

Its OK Ive Given Up To It Now Was Just Wondering If Anyone Else Had Run Into The Same Issue.
