Hello,
i am trying to add on the big screen watch on my BT SPORT, but when i say yes after saying would you like to pay £5 P/M, it just keeps on coming up with error. i’ve tried to ring them but it didn’t help. And i’ve tried more than once and the same thing just keeps on popping up.
what do i do?

Yes, i’ve tried on my wifi and data, but still comes up with the same thing. i tried again just now after waiting about 6 hours and it still comes up with the same thing?

Hello, i’ve tried again today twice and it still says error. i’m truly confused as it’s tried everything that is says. This is what is says…
‘ Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again a little later, or call 150 free from your EE phone if you've already tried twice.‘
Im not sure what to do?

I'd recommend calling to report this to our technical support team, @hellothere10.
Hopefully they can get to the bottom of what is causing this for you.
