£300 Mastercard - Got code but no URL

Hi, I didn't receive the 15th day text as it was sent to my old temporary number instead of the transferred one, so EE customer support gave me the code I need, however not the registration URL - anyone able to provide this?

I am back on the phone for the 4th time, keep getting bounced between 150 and the rewards claim team. This is HIGHLY frustrating
