Hi
I'm on the 15th day following purchase of a pixel 6a and a applicable talk plan to receive the £200 pre paid MasterCard offer.
Can anyone advise on what actions to take to make sure I receive the offer.
Does it happen automatically or should I give CS a call so to push it through?

Wait so if my husband took a line from his mum's account, the text will go to his mum's number not to his?
The store advisors said it would go to his number and within a week of getting the phone.

I was told text on 15th day. Now its 15 to 30 days.
Which will take me past the closing date....which is it?!

It can take up to 30 days @Connor14xxx
The end date for the offer is for anyone purchasing the phone and plan, not for customers who ordered during the time the offer was available.
If you call us on 150, the team will get this looked into for you.

@Connor14xxx : That's the closing date for orders, not the closing date for claims, which obviously must take place after orders. Furthermore you cannot claim within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period in case you take advantage of your right to cancel FoC.
