So I upgraded my AW. Sent a text to 150 for my Fitness+ addon. However every time I’ve tried to redeem it I get the following error;
I have Updated the Watch, iPhone. Rebooted multiple times, tried redeeming on WiFi and 4G. Same error every time.
Weirdly when I go to redeem it I noticed when you do the purchase is says Family Subscription, see below.
I can’t turn off Family sharing as I am the organiser and the people in my family will loose data if I disband the group. Not even sure this is the issue.
WTH am I supposed to do with this redemption code if I can’t redeem it? After all I’m paying for it…

I'd love to help get you up and running. Can you make sure you are trying the set up on mobile data rather than Wi-Fi?
Can you also make sure you aren't connected to a VPN or have private relay turned on. Let me know if you need help checking this.

I have just attempted to redeem with Private Relay Off and on Data rather than WiFi. Same result, “Unable to process your request”

It sounds like we need someone who can have a look at your account and make sure it's set up correctly.
I'd recommend giving our team a call on 150 so they can check this for you.
