Are you on contract or pay as you go? Have you received a text message with an offer?

I have had two texts for the £5, unlimited data in the past two weeks, i am
on pay as you go, i have used this offer every month. This time when trying
to use it, it will not allow me to pay £5.

Unfortunately my rest period has ended this month, so I no longer need this offer, on average I buy 3 of these 1 day Fantastic offers per month, £15. Am I the only person having difficulty this time around, or is EE happy to lose this income. Please sort it out for next time. Thanks.
