Phone delivery

Hello I have recently upgraded my contract and am getting my new phone delivered to a local store I get nothing from the tracking service and the phone had an estimated delivery date 15/10/19 two full days have passed and I have no notification of the phone being delivered

was your new device in stock when you ordered?  Have you rang the store you are having it delivered to? I would give customer services a quick call on 150 just to check up on your order for you. Xx
