I ordered a contract sim today but haven’t received an email to tell me whats happening just want to make sure its went through ok

Did you do it online? Sometimes there’s a short delay in getting a confirmation email Whilst the order is checked and completed.
You can always wait til this evening then give customer services a quick call just to check.
