How do I register my device. everytime I try it says too many redirects and to clear cookies. I e done that but it's still not working

@Lottie19 Clear your browser history and cookies and try again.
is the device new or 2nd hand ? If it’s 2nd hand it can not be registered to your account.

Have you had the number registered before on another account? Have you changed from pay as you go to pay monthly, or something similar?

I have just moved to EE from BT, I have an EE account and received a set up bill from EE. However when I try to use my mobile number transferred from BT I am told I need to register. I have received correspondence from EE that the BT mobile number has been accepted for my EE account. So what do I need to do to be able to use my mobile phone. This is getting to be frustrating

Are you connected to the EE network?
